Do you charge Sales Tax?We collect sales tax for some states. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?Yes. We email you a confirmation when your order ships and this includes your tracking number.
How long does it take to receive my order?Orders typically ship 48-72 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Please note our warehouse will be closed in observation of national holidays which may delay order processing.
Do you ship internationally?Yes! We've shipped our buttons all over the world. Just look for your country in the drop down during checkout. If you do not see it available please contact us!
**International OrdersShipping and handling charges shown at the Checkout do not include custom duties, taxes, brokerage or Import Fees levied by the destination country. Those fees are paid by you at the time of delivery. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
You can return any unopened package if you are unsatisfied, as long as it is within 30 days of when you receive it. However all returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee. Of course, if we made a mistake (accidents happen!) and something arrives broken, mixed up, or just plain wrong, return shipping is on us. Claims for shipping errors or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Special orders and promotional items are final sale.
